Who We Are
Local Lane Plumbers is a trading name of Local Lane Plumbers Ltd (Company No. 17501357), registered in England and Wales. We can be contacted at hello@locallaneplumbers.co.uk.
Information We Collect
When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, or through a form on this website, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, and details of the plumbing enquiry you describe to us. If you submit a review, we also collect the review text, star rating, and any area or service details you choose to share.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to connect you with an appropriate independent local plumbing professional, and to keep a record of enquiries for customer service purposes. We do not use your information for marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your information to third parties.
Sharing Your Information
Enquiry details are shared with the independent local plumbing professional we connect you with, so they can discuss and arrange the work with you directly. Information you submit is also processed by our database provider, Supabase, which stores enquiry and review data securely on our behalf. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep enquiry details for as long as reasonably necessary to deal with your enquiry and for a limited period afterwards for record-keeping purposes, and no longer than is necessary for those purposes. Published reviews are kept while they remain relevant and accurate, and can be removed on request.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to request that your information be provided in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
